Right of withdrawal
As our products are freshly prepared, quickly perishable foodstuffs perishable food, according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2 BGB there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
As a gesture of goodwill Prepmymeal GmbH gives its customers the option of canceling orders in individual cases. This voluntary right of withdrawal only exists after prior consent by Prepmymeal GmbH. There is no entitlement to consent; Prepmymeal GmbH expressly reserves the right to refuse a revocation in individual cases. to refuse. If you would like to request a revocation as a gesture of goodwill, please contact us within 14 days after receipt of the goods to the following contact address:

Please inform us of your wish to withdraw in a short, unambiguous declaration by e-mail to [email protected] (see sample withdrawal form). We will check your request as quickly as possible and inform you of the next steps.
Consequences of a revocation as a gesture of goodwill
If we agree to your withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price less any shipping costs incurred within 14 days of confirmation of the withdrawal. The refund will be made via the payment method originally used.
Any revocation granted is made without recognition of a legal obligation.
Irrespective of this, there is the right to to terminate the contract for recurring deliveries (subscription) in accordance with the statutory provisions to revoke or terminate at any time at the end of the agreed term. Details on this can be found in our GTC under the section "Contract term, termination and automatic renewal".
