The 12 High Protein Selection from prepmymeal – Protein-rich food

The practical solution if you need protein-rich food every day but don't have time for meal prep. You get 18 servings (6 servings of menu bowls plus 12 servings of XL dishes) with an average of approx. 550 kcal and around 45 g of protein per meal. Perfect for muscle building, regeneration, and a diet that you can really stick to.

All dishes are flash-frozen – taste, texture, and nutritional values remain stable. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months, ideal for stressful weeks or intense training days. Place directly from the freezer into the microwave, approx. 7–9 minutes, and it's ready to eat.

Protein-rich food doesn't have to be boring. The box includes our Chicken Fajita Bowl (XL): 1100 kcal, 109 g protein, Red Thai Curry (XL): 1110 kcal, 86 g protein, and Asian Style Noodles (XL): 1020 kcal, 96 g protein. Clear macros, real satiety, perfect for training, work, and leisure.

Organize your freezer: put the next 3–4 days' worth at the front and the rest at the back. Stack the packages flat and take them out as needed. Many XL meals contain two servings, so divide them up if you want to spread your protein-rich food over several meals.

Questions and answers.

The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, pan, oven or steamer. When frozen, the dishes are heated in the microwave for about 7-9 minutes at approx. 700W. When defrosted, they only need 3-4 minutes in the microwave. In the oven with circulating air in the frozen state at 150 degrees - 30-35 minutes. In the defrosted state in the oven at 150 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
